Saginaw County Animal Care & Control is responsible for taking in hundreds of dogs annually. Their mission is to provide these dogs with the utmost care and attention while finding them permanent and loving homes. However, due to various reasons, some dogs are deemed unadoptable and remain in the shelter for an indefinite period. Despite this, the staff at the shelter works tirelessly to ensure the well-being of all dogs in their care.
Sharon, the owner of Paws & Beyond, works with Saginaw County Animal Care & Control to rehabilitate unadoptable dogs through her unique training and obedience instruction. The dogs reside at Paws & Beyond in Shields. Due to the varying needs of each dog, the training program can be time-consuming. If you are interested in meeting one of the dogs, please contact us at 989-401-0665
At the end of the training program, the dogs will be placed with their new families through the Saginaw County Animal Care & Control adoption program. Sharon's program provides a second chance for each dog to find a loving home.
